I offer a full range of marketing and internal communications services including: marketing strategies and plans, media and public relations, corporate literature, newsletters, market and employee research and a variety of writing, editing and proofreading services. I provide either consultancy and advice or practical, hands-on help with ongoing or one-off projects.	I have more than 12 years experience working in both public and private sector organisations, large and small. Most recently I was Marketing and Communications Manager for Romec Ltd, one of the UK's largest facilities management companies. Before that, I have worked in marketing and communications roles for Royal Mail and City of York Council. Having switched to working freelance in late 2007 I have so far worked mainly for two companies: Connaught Ltd (a social housing company) and Erudine (a software development company based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire). Going further back, I have worked for both the Press Association (the UK's national news agency) and what was their commercial arm, Two-Ten Communications. I have also worked for the BBC and a number of publishing companies.
